TECO Design and Build Services

TECO is a design-build general contractor for interiors and construction, holding a Class II Construction Capability Certificate (HCM-00062710), with 300+ projects in 15+ provinces. TECO runs its own 1,300 m² joinery workshop and 1,200 m² steel fabrication shop, and prepares building permit applications, fire protection dossiers, fire safety acceptance and signage permit applications in-house.
