About TECO
TECO is an architecture and construction company providing design, construction, interior fit-out, repair and renovation services. TECO’s services include:
- Architectural design: houses, villas, offices, factories and other civil and industrial buildings. TECO holds a Class II Construction Capability Certificate for design and design verification.
- Interior design and build: schools, English centres, corporate offices and factory offices, bank branches, showrooms, hospitals, restaurants, F&B outlets and apartments.
- Building construction: general contractor for the structure and finishing of villas, houses and civil buildings. Class II construction capability.
- Factory and plant construction: pre-engineered steel and reinforced concrete structural design, construction and finishing, including the factory office block.
- Fire protection design: fire protection system design, fire safety design approval dossiers and fire safety acceptance with the authorities.
- Permit dossiers: building permit, renovation permit and signage permit applications.
- Design verification and structural assessment: verification of design documents and structural safety assessment before renovation.
- Furniture production and steel fabrication: at TECO’s own 1,300 m² joinery workshop and 1,200 m² steel fabrication workshop.
- Maintenance and repair: scheduled maintenance, repair, renovation and fire protection system maintenance through TECO MSC (baotricongtrinh.com).
With a dedicated, experienced team, TECO is able to meet demanding client requirements. We keep up with current design directions and new materials so that each project delivers lasting value, works well in daily use and protects the owner’s investment.
As a direct-build contractor, TECO runs its own sites with a site manager, supervising engineers and skilled workers. Every project has its own schedule, each work item is quality-checked before acceptance, and the owner receives daily and weekly reports.

The TECO team
TECO has more than 50 staff, including architects, engineers, site managers, supervisors and workshop craftsmen. Every project is designed, built and handed over by TECO’s own people, not subcontracted to outside crews. The owner deals with one point of contact from drawings to handover.
1,300 m² joinery workshop
Furniture for TECO projects is made in our own workshop at 375/38A1 National Highway 1A, An Phu Dong Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, staffed by 20 people. Panels are cut on a CNC machine, edge-banded on an automatic edge bander and pressed on a hydraulic press, then packed and delivered straight to site.
With our own workshop, TECO controls the joinery schedule, checks every panel before it leaves, and can rework or remake items quickly when site conditions change.
