Villa, House and Apartment Construction and Interior Fit-out

TECO designs and fits out villas, apartments and townhouses, with furniture made in our own 1,300 m² joinery workshop. We also act as general contractor for construction: TECO built the 1,700 m² Sumika Villa (Lai Thieu) from the structural shell to final finishes.

  • Own 1,300 m² joinery workshop with 25 craftsmen: kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, beds, partitions, doors and wall panelling made to actual site dimensions, with no middleman.

Frequently asked questions

Is the furniture made in TECO’s own workshop?

Yes. Kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, beds, partitions and doors are made in TECO’s 1,300 m² joinery workshop in An Phu Dong Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

Does TECO build villas on a turnkey basis?

Yes. TECO acts as general contractor from the structural shell to finishing, as with the 1,700 m² Sumika Villa in Lai Thieu.

What drives the cost?

Floor area, existing condition, timber materials and hardware, and finishing items. TECO surveys and sends an itemised quotation.

Does TECO prepare the building permit application?

Yes. TECO prepares building permit applications for villas and townhouses when it takes on the construction works.
