Turnkey English Centre Design & Build

TECO designs and builds English language centres on a turnkey basis, with handover in about 35 days. We have completed 19 centres for Apollo English in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Ba Ria – Vung Tau, Can Tho, Nha Trang and Rach Gia, plus centres for VIA English and Octo English.

One contractor covers site survey, design, joinery, electrical and air-conditioning, fire protection, fire safety acceptance and the signage permit. We work after hours, on Saturdays and Sundays to hold the schedule, so the centre opens earlier and pays fewer months of rent before trading.

Why English centre chains work with TECO

  • Multi-site chain experience: 19 Apollo English centres built to one brand standard, with consistent dimensions, materials and colours across branches.
  • About 35 days on site: after-hours and weekend work; joinery is produced in our workshop in parallel with site works.
  • Own 1,300 m² joinery workshop: reception counters, student desks and chairs, cabinets, partitions and doors are made by TECO, so quality and lead time stay under our control.
  • TECO prepares the fire protection dossier and handles fire safety acceptance with the authorities, together with the signage permit application.
  • Licensed capability: Class II Construction Capability Certificate No. HCM-00062710 (design and construction of civil and industrial works).
  • After handover: scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs through our maintenance division, TECO MSC.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to fit out an English centre?

About 35 days from site handover. TECO works after hours, on Saturdays and Sundays, and produces joinery in parallel in the workshop, so the centre opens sooner and pays less rent before it starts trading.

What drives the cost?

Floor area, existing condition of the premises, number of classrooms, finishes, electrical, air-conditioning and fire protection systems, and teaching equipment. Every site is different, so TECO surveys first and then sends an itemised quotation.

Does TECO handle the fire protection dossier and fire safety acceptance?

Yes. TECO prepares the fire protection dossier, installs the system and completes fire safety acceptance with the authorities.

Does TECO apply for the signage permit?

Yes. TECO prepares the signage permit application together with the sign works.

Can a multi-site chain keep a consistent design?

Yes. All 19 Apollo English centres follow one brand standard; joinery comes from a single workshop, so dimensions, colours and materials match across branches.

Can you work while the building is in operation?

Yes. TECO schedules works after hours and at weekends, in line with the building management’s rules.
