Bank Design and Build: Transaction Offices, Branches and Business Centres

TECO designs and builds bank transaction offices, branches and business centres to each bank’s brand identity standard. Projects include the OCB Nguyen Van Troi transaction office (08/2026), the 1,200 m² Vietbank Training and Business Centre and the Vietbank Buon Ho transaction office.

One contractor for design, teller counters, joinery, MEP, fire protection, signage and the signage permit. We work after hours and at weekends so the office opens on schedule.

TECO’s capability in banking projects

  • Built to the brand standard: colours, materials, teller counters and signage follow each bank’s brand guidelines.
  • Teller counters and joinery made in-house at TECO’s 1,300 m² joinery workshop.
  • Fire protection and signage permits: TECO prepares the fire protection dossier, completes fire safety acceptance and applies for the signage permit.
  • After-hours and weekend work to meet the opening date.
  • After handover: scheduled maintenance across the branch network through TECO MSC.

  3. 3D design and technical drawings – materials, construction drawings, fire protection dossier, signage permit documents
  4. Quotation and contract – itemised quantities, committed schedule
  5. Construction – joinery made in the workshop, site work including after hours and weekends
  6. Acceptance and handover – fire safety acceptance, handover, maintenance

Do you follow each bank’s own brand identity?

Yes. TECO works from the brand guidelines the bank provides and submits renderings and material samples for approval before construction.

Does TECO handle the fire protection dossier and the signage permit?

Yes. TECO prepares the fire protection dossier, completes fire safety acceptance and prepares the signage permit application.

Can you work after hours to meet the opening date?

Yes. TECO works after hours, on Saturdays and Sundays to hold the schedule.

Can a bank with many transaction offices use a scheduled maintenance service?

Yes. TECO MSC, our maintenance division, provides scheduled maintenance for branch networks: electrical, air-conditioning, fire protection and interiors.
