Custom furniture manufacturing workshop

TECO’s furniture workshop in Ho Chi Minh City manufactures furniture to drawings for two kinds of clients: owners of commercial projects (schools, English centres, clinics and hospitals, offices, bank branches, showrooms, hotels, apartments) and interior design firms or fit-out contractors in Vietnam that need a workshop with real project capacity.

Every component is machined on CNC equipment straight from the production file: file preparation, cutting, drilling and routing, then quality inspection before anything leaves the workshop. Our technical staff and lead craftsmen have over 15 years of experience and have delivered large contract-furniture orders. The workshop has its own delivery and installation team.

Quality controlEvery module is checked after machining and after trial assembly in the workshop: dimensions, edge banding, surfaces, hardware. Only approved items are packed for dispatch.

Manufacturing to drawings for design firms and fit-out contractors

Many design studios and fit-out contractors have no workshop of their own, or run out of capacity in the busy season. The TECO workshop takes project orders on the following basis:

  • Documents: technical drawings, 3D models or shop drawings from the design firm. If only renders exist, the workshop prepares shop drawings and returns them for approval before production.
  • Free take-off and quotation by item, split into materials, machining and installation so the design firm can check it against its own estimate.
  • The design stays as drawn: production follows the approved file; no substitution of materials or hardware. Material samples are submitted for approval before cutting.
  • Drawing confidentiality: a partner’s design documents are used only for that order; an NDA is signed on request.
  • Progress updates: weekly production photos from the workshop; partners are welcome to inspect in the workshop before dispatch.
  • Delivery and installation: TECO’s team installs on site, or items are delivered packed for the partner’s own installers.
