Vietbank Luong Dinh Cua Transaction Office

17 October, 2026

TECO built the Vietbank transaction office Dong Sai Gon at 151 Luong Dinh Cua, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The project relocated Vietbank’s Tran Nao business centre to a new site: a townhouse with a ground floor and three upper floors on a 6 m frontage. Civil works, M&E, interior, signage, IT and security systems, and the hand-back of the old premises were completed in 30 days from site handover. The office opened on 28 September 2026.

Project information

  • Project: Vietbank Dong Sai Gon transaction office (relocation of Tran Nao business centre)
  • Location: 151 Luong Dinh Cua, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
  • Building: ground floor and 3 upper floors; 6 m frontage
  • TECO’s role: main contractor, turnkey construction
  • Construction time: 30 days

Scope of work

Six work packages under Vietbank’s bill of quantities: civil works, M&E, interior, signage, low-voltage systems (fire and intrusion alarm, CCTV, data) and restoring the old premises. All work followed Vietbank’s branch standards and brand identity. Because the branch had to move while the new site was being built, the civil, electrical, interior and signage crews worked in parallel.

Strip-out and civil works

  • Removed timber and gypsum partitions, old ceilings, timber flooring, the facade awning and old aluminium signage.
  • Isolated water supply and drainage in unused WCs, keeping the pipework for return to the landlord.
  • New screed and 600×600 polished granite tiles; 6 mm vinyl tiles on the 3rd floor.
  • Vinh Tuong concealed-grid gypsum ceilings with a 150 mm step over the counter area; 600×600 lay-in ceilings elsewhere.
  • 100 mm gypsum partitions; all walls and ceilings skimmed and repainted.
  • Waterproofing of the party wall and gutters; 10 mm tempered glass facade and doors.

New distribution boards with Schneider breakers, Cadivi cabling in fire-retardant conduit. Recessed LED downlights, 600×600 panels, track spotlights on the logo wall, emergency and EXIT lights.

Standby generator

Craned the 44 kVA generator and ATS panel from the old site; built a concrete plinth with an oil-spill tray; installed heat-discharge duct, exhaust flue and louvres.

Air conditioning

2.5 HP cassette units for the banking hall and wall-mounted units for the offices, reusing part of the existing units.

Fire alarm, intrusion alarm, CCTV and data

Smoke detectors, emergency buttons, an automatic extinguisher ball for the vault, CO2 and powder extinguishers. IP cameras over the counters and security areas with a 16-channel recorder. Data and telephone cabling to Vietbank standards, FLUKE-tested; server rack relocated. TECO also handled the fire-safety procedures for the branch to open.

Programme and handover

Total construction time was 30 days from site handover. TECO carried out a full industrial clean of all four floors before handover, and the office opened on 28 September 2026. At the old premises, TECO removed the counters, signage, decals, backdrop and cameras, cleaned up and returned the property to the landlord.
