TECO is proud to be the design and build contractor for the integrated office and retail space of Cai Lo Nuong – one of Saigon’s most renowned pastry brands. The overall design style of Cai Lo Nuong’s office embodies a modern, minimalist, youthful, and dynamic spirit, deeply reflecting the brand’s identity and character. This is a space that “sparks creativity” on the journey of spreading love through every handcrafted cake by Cai Lo Nuong.

Some highlight features of the project include:

Primary color tones: white – black – fresh green, evoking a youthful vibe while maintaining brand consistency. The Cai Lo Nuong logo, slogan, and wall art appear throughout various areas, with a creative touch that strengthens brand recognition.
The ground floor is designed as a bakery shop, creating a welcoming first impression for customers. The upper floors are spacious, professional workspaces filled with natural light and fully equipped with modern amenities, maximizing creativity and team development.
The pantry area on the third floor is a creative highlight that fosters connection and provides a relaxing space for employees.
