International German School Ho Chi Minh City (IGS)
An effective educational environment begins with well-planned functionality, ensuring that each area meets its intended purpose and effectively supports teaching and learning activities. At the International German School Ho Chi Minh City (IGS) project, TECO undertook the interior construction across a total area of 1,200 m², comprising one ground floor and three upper floors, with 6 classrooms, 1 practice room, and 1 meeting room.
The interior works were implemented as an integrated solution, with a focus on space optimization, flexible layouts, increased storage capacity, and ease of use. Desks and chairs, cabinets, partitions, and other interior elements were constructed according to the specific requirements of each area. This approach ensures functional efficiency while maintaining a clean and cohesive overall environment.
In particular, the combination of glass partitions and open interior systems enhances connectivity between different areas. It also maximizes the use of natural light and creates a more spacious and airy atmosphere, even in areas with high occupancy.
