Frequently asked questions

What is the largest factory TECO has built?

The 60,000 m² SMC Long Duc factory in Long Duc Industrial Park, Dong Nai, completed in 2023.

Pre-engineered steel or reinforced concrete?

It depends on the function, loads, spans and schedule. Pre-engineered steel erects fast and spans wide; reinforced concrete suits heavy loads and multi-storey buildings. TECO works out the option after the survey, and fabricates steel in its own shop.

Does TECO handle the fire protection dossier and fire safety acceptance for factories?

Yes. TECO prepares the fire protection dossier, installs the system and completes fire safety acceptance.

How long does it take to build a factory?

It depends on size and structure; TECO fixes the schedule in the contract after the survey. For example, the 2,400 m² VinFast 2S service workshop was designed and built in 50 days and nights.

Does TECO prepare the building permit application for factories?

Yes. TECO prepares the building permit application together with the fire protection dossier, so the owner does not need to hire another consultant.
