DAI VIET WOOD MANUFACTURING FACTORY PROJECT
On March 29, TECO officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Dai Viet Wood Manufacturing Factory project, continuing its portfolio of design-and-build general contracting projects. In this project, TECO serves as the general contractor for both design and construction, as well as handling the construction permit process.
The project is located in Tan Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, with a total gross floor area of up to 12,500 m². It is envisioned as a modern production complex, optimized for functionality and designed to meet the stringent technical standards of the wood processing industry for export to the United States and Europe.
Leveraging extensive hands-on experience in delivering large-scale industrial projects and strong construction management capabilities, TECO is committed to executing the project through a rigorous process, working closely with the Investor and partners to ensure on-schedule delivery, superior construction quality, and the highest safety standards.
