TECO officially handed over the 2S VinFast Sài Gòn Mới Service Center, spanning 2,400 m² in An Hội Tây Ward, meeting demanding requirements for schedule, construction quality, technical functionality, and operational standards.
  • TECO optimized the project across functionality, operational efficiency, and service space standardization, including:
  • End-to-end project execution: From design and technical development to construction, TECO coordinated every stage and closely controlled the schedule, completing the project within 50 days and nights.
  • Operationally driven space planning: The layout was developed based on the specific operational requirements of a 2S automotive service center, with clearly allocated areas for service, maintenance, operations, and mezzanine offices. This optimizes floor area, internal traffic flow, and connectivity between departments.
  • Consistent technical standards and brand identity: From signage and brand colors to zone planning, every element was coordinated to meet operational requirements while maintaining consistency with the VinFast brand identity.
  • Large-scale technical space: High ceilings, uniform lighting, and an open-plan layout provide excellent visibility, working conditions for technicians, and continuous operational efficiency.
