TECO is proud to be the design and construction contractor for the VinFast 2S Service Workshop project, covering a total area of 2,400 m². Delivered under a tight schedule, the project required close coordination among the design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure quality, aesthetics, and on-time completion.
The facility follows an Industrial Modern design approach, combining a clean and powerful architectural language with VinFast’s unified brand identity. Every space has been carefully planned to optimize operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and meet the standards of a modern automotive service center.
Key functional areas include:
  • A spacious vehicle service area with well-organized traffic flow, optimizing vehicle reception and maintenance operations.
  • A modern reception lobby and customer lounge, creating a professional first impression from the moment visitors arrive.
  • A flexible mezzanine office designed to maximize usable space while providing effective oversight of workshop operations.
  • Executive spaces, including a meeting room, Chairman’s Office, and General Director’s Office, designed to support business management, partner meetings, and daily operations.
