THE VIP MEDICAL EXAMINATION AREA – XUYEN A HOSPITAL

The VIP Examination Area Project – Xuyen A Hospital has been officially completed. In its role as the construction contractor, TECO participated in architectural renovation, carried out interior finishing, and optimized operational functionality in accordance with a modern hospital model meeting high-end standards.

The project was implemented with a clear orientation: placing patient experience at the center, creating a modern and luxurious healthcare space. At the same time, it still brings a sense of friendliness and relaxation to users. The project optimizes the functionality of each examination area through clear circulation separation among patients, medical staff, and internal logistics, minimizing intersections and improving operational efficiency.

  • Reception and registration area: arranged right at the lobby, ensuring clear circulation flow and reducing waiting time.
  • Waiting area: designed to be spacious, optimizing lighting and ventilation to create a comfortable feeling for patients.
  • Examination rooms: scientifically arranged by specialty, ensuring privacy and infection control.
  • Support – administrative – operational areas: flexibly connected to the examination zones, ensuring smooth operational processes.

During the construction process, the specific requirements of a healthcare facility were strictly controlled:

  • Finishing materials ensure ease of cleaning and suitability for a medical environment.
  • Technical systems (MEP) meet the requirements for continuous operation.
  • Fire prevention and fighting standards are implemented synchronously in accordance with current regulations.

The project has been handed over on schedule, ensuring quality and readiness for operation. TECO is committed to continuing to deliver specialized construction solutions for the healthcare sector, contributing to improving the quality of medical examination and treatment spaces in Vietnam.
