Factory Office Interior Fit-Out in Long An
Factory office interior fit-out is the main scope of the Megmilk Snow Brand Vietnam plant in Long An, with a total floor area of about 4,400 m². TECO carried out the works from structure to finishes and handed over in early 2026. The office sits in the same block as the factory, so structure, finishes and interior were delivered under one package.

From structure to finishes
The factory’s steel structure was built by another contractor. TECO carried out the structural works within its package, then moved on to the factory and office finishes and the office interior. These works followed one another under a single package, so there was no gap between shell and fit-out.

Reception
The reception has a light-coloured tiled floor. The desk has a light-blue front and sits in front of the brand logo wall, the first thing visitors see on entering the office.
Corridors and workspace
Corridors are clad in grey panels with linear ceiling lights and glass doors between zones. The workspace is open-plan with a flat, light floor and linear lighting laid out in runs, keeping walkways clear and easy to clean.
Function rooms, kitchen and pantry
The office has a full set of function rooms, a kitchen and a pantry. The kitchen uses white built-in cabinets with a light worktop. A function room is clad in two-tone blue and cream wall panels with a ceiling-cassette air conditioner and linear lights.
Washrooms
Washrooms use white vanity counters, wall mirrors and anti-slip flooring, laid out compactly for daily cleaning.
Materials for a food plant environment
As the office sits next to food production areas, TECO prioritised flat surfaces with few joints that are easy to wipe down and repair. A neutral palette forms the base, with brand blue used only at reception and in selected rooms as accents.
